Booking:

• All head spa appointments must be added to the waitlist and require a non-refundable retainer.

• The waitlist will receive priority booking in the order of the list.

• The retainer is applicable to any service. If you no-call/no-show or cancel outside of our cancellation policy, that amount will go directly to your service provider to compensate for their time.

• Our Independent Stylist Collective maintain their own booking systems, service menus and pricing. They are not employees of Village Root.

What to Expect:

• You must arrive early to fill out a consultation form. This is how we customize and ensure the safety of your experience. You will fill out this form each time you visit.

• You may change into one of our robes, wraps or capes! It is not a requirement. However, if we cannot access your neck, shoulders or arms we cannot service that area. Your collar may become damp.

• You may change into our slippers. If you are receiving a foot detox or foot facial, we encourage you to take advantage of this!

• If you are receiving a custom facial during your head spa, please arrive with clean skin.

• You may decline the eye-mask but we do recommend it for the full experience.

• We love questions! Please do not hesitate to ask for special accommodations or considerations. We will always do our best to make you comfortable.

• Most people prefer to relax or even sleep during their experience - that’s great! Feel free to chat as well, but please keep the spa atmosphere in mind.

• Gratuity is graciously accepted and goes directly to your service provider.

• We operate by the golden rule. Any hate speech, bullying, harassment or simply bad vibes will not be tolerated. We are a safe space for all kind humans.

• Leave your worries and any negative energy at the door. This time is for you to reset and enjoy.
